Helen J. Daly
March 22, 2003 Helen Jennings (VanHorn) Daly, 97 of Camillus died Saturday.
She was born in Baltimore, MD and moved to NYC where she worked on Wall Street and as a statistician for the National Baseball League. She was a judge in the African Violet Society and an avid traveler. Before returning to this area five years ago, she lived in Delray Beach, Florida where she was predeceased by her husband, John A. in 1979.
Survived by a daughter Teletta Anne Piper and son-in-law Dr. Frank J. of Howlett Hill; three grandchildren Dr. John F. Piper of Syracuse, Dr. Beth Anne Piper of NYC, Melissa Anne Piper of Syracuse; five nephews, John Roberts, Donald Van Horn, Rodger Van Horn, Kenly Van Horn, Warren Van Horn and Jack Van Horn.
Services 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 5013 S. Salina St. Syracuse.
Burial in Howlett Hill Cemetery.
