May D. Housman

May Dorotha Reese Housman, 92, formerly of 133 Turner Ave., Fairmount, died Monday March 25, 2002 at Van Duyn Home & Hospital.

She was born in Westminster, Md. She retired in 1970 as a baker for West Genesee High School after 10 years.

She was a member of Fairmount Community Church and its board of deacons, board of trustees, Circle C, Women's Fellowship, Sunday School Board and a former Sunday school teacher. She was a former board member of Fairmount Nursery School. She was a former member and past president of Fairmount Fire Department Auxiliary and a member of Camillus Senior Citizens.

Her husband, John J., died in 1960.

Survivors: Two daughters, Wilma Brower of Cascade, Idaho, and Evelyn Meyer of Tampa, Fla. Three Nieces Denise Canistrano of Syracuse, Brenda Del Costello of Syracuse and Melissa Argy of Liverpool.

Services: 10 a.m. Friday in Fairmount Community Church. Spring burial, Myrtle Hill Cemetery. No calling hours.
