Rita Bargelski Killoren
Rita Bargelski Killoren , 91 of 303 Blackmore Road, Camillus died Tuesday, October 15, 2002 at her home. Mrs. Killoren was born in Syracuse, NY and graduated from Central City Business Institute in Syracuse in 1928.
Mrs. Killoren was an Assistant Chief Operator with New York Telephone for 48 years (retired in 1976). She was a member of Telephone Pioneers of America, Former member of Sacred Heart Church, member Choir and Alter Rosary Society, Attended St. Joseph's Church, Camillus, Founding member of the Empire Credit Union, Enjoyed embroidering and patchwork.
Her husband, James J. Killoren, Sr. died in May 14, 1981.
She is survived by a daughter, Karen Rosenberger of Camillus; a son, James J. Killoren of Marcellus; 4 grandchildren, Kristina Kraft, Danielle Rosenberger, Richelle Casey and Christopher Killoren; 9 great grandchildren, Matthew Killoren, Daniel Ravas, Lauren Kraft, Chelsea Casey, McKenzie May, Alicia Ashby, Billy Ashby, Courtney Ashby and Taylor Ashby; several nieces and nephews including Bridget Bargelski; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, October, 19, 2002 at B. L. Bush & Sons Funeral Home, 10 Genesee Street, Camillus and a Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church in Camillus with Rev. Peter Williams as the celebrant.
Burial will be at St. Agnes Cemetery, Syracuse.
