Alice C. (Looman) Wheelock 52 of 3701 Armstrong Road Syracuse died Friday, May 24, 2002 at home of natural causes.
Born in Little Falls, New York she attended Little Falls Schools.
She was Secretary/Treasurer of Wheelock Rides for 35 years. She was a member, secretary and Past President of the NYS Showpeoples Association (NYSSA) and a member and Past Matron of Camillus Chapter #438 OES.
Surviving are her husband of 35 years Avery D. Wheelock, 3 sons: Avery L., Arthur D., and Alan G. Wheelock, all of Syracuse, a daughter Angel Ward of Syracuse, her mother Alice Looman of Dolgeville, a brother, Poncho Looman of E. Schuyler, 3 sisters, Ruth Gaetano of Dolgeville, Linda Schuman of Cobelskill, and Joan Bosch of West Winfield, and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services will 10:00 am Wednesday, May 29, 2002 at the B.L. Bush & Sons Funeral Home, Camillus. Burial will be in Belle Isle Cemetery,
Camillus. Calling hours will be 4-7PM Tuesday at the funeral home 10 Genesee Street.
