Josephine (Mercer) Frank, 88, of Marietta passed away on Wednesday. Born in Bowling Green, OH she married Bill in 1939 in Cleveland, OH and later graduated from Kansas University and began her teaching career as a 4th grade teacher. She was a member of Fairmount Community Church. Jo was predeceased by her sister Marilyn and son Robert Hughes Frank. Survived by her husband of 67 years Charles “Bill”; a daughter Rebecca West of Marietta; a brother Tom Mercer of Columbiana, OH; two sisters Dorothy Norris of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and Jane Thomas of Kettering, OH; four grandchildren Lisa Fauley, Shaun Fauley, Jason Frank and Rainey Frank; six great grandchildren. Services are Saturday 11:30 am at Fairmount Community Church, 4801 W. Genesee St. Syracuse, NY 13219. Arrangements by B.L. Bush & Sons, 10 Genesee St. Camillus.
