Billy Ray Hiers, 79, of Camillus, NY passed away Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Bishop Rehabilitation in Syracuse. Born in Council Bluffs, Iowa he spent most of his life in Fresno, CA before moving back to Iowa and then to Camillus to be near more family. He came from a large, blended family and loved to fish and bike, and enjoyed his pizzas and the many family gatherings that were held. Billy retired in 2005 from the Red Carpet Car Wash in Fresno, CA after 40 years of riding his bike to work everyday. He was predeceased by his parents William and LaVonne (Reed) Hiers, a brother Larry Reese and a sister Caroline Belt. Billy is survived by his two brothers Dale (Elizabeth) Hiers and George (Judith) Reese; three sisters Colleen Dofner, Beverly Reese and Sandra Reese; many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be 10 am Friday, August 14th in Belmont Memorial Park Cemetery, Fresno, CA. Arrangements by B.L. Bush & Sons Funeral Home, Camillus, NY.
